An early variety of white cabbage of conical type (83 days from germination). Sweet.
Recommended for fresh consumption and for short-term storage (heads are stored in the refrigerator for up to 8 weeks).
To obtain an early harvest, sowing is carried out in nurseries, starting from March-April. When seedlings reach 6-8 cm in height, they are planted in nutritious (humus-rich) soil.

Chop the cabbage very thinly, sprinkle with salt and sugar, mix, squeeze with your hands and let stand for 5-10 minutes.
Cut the peeled apple into thin strips. Remove the zest from the oranges, cut off the peel, cut the pulp into slices between the films.
Mix lemon juice with orange zest and honey. Combine cabbage, apples, orange slices and cranberries, drizzle with dressing, sprinkle with thinly sliced mint (leaves only, no stems) and serve.
